Following responsibilities will be for all CO ski market locations. The General Manager is responsible for all operations associated with the local property management and overseeing business development into surrounding ski markets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide development, training, coaching to staff Ensure effective daily operations through administrative duties, analyzing financial management data, overseeing guest and owner relations, staff development, and new business development Develop and implement processes, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations across all departments Assists in the development of short and long term plans for growth, performance, and profitability of 360 Blue. Manage of team of 5 - 50 employees Participate in leadership team meetings Complete one-on-one performance and salary assessments for all staff Oversee annual budget, accurate payables/receivables, monthly owner statements for ski market locations Identify growth opportunities within the market and surrounding markets in line with company goals Plan and execute inventory growth Generate leads, build trust with prospects over the phone or in person, and close sales Present 360 Blue property management services to homeowners, real estate agents, developers, and other local community partners Ensure company branding is consistent with 360 Blue brand guide and identify new ways to increase the effectiveness of marketing strategy in cooperation with 360 marketing and executive team. Work effectively with other departments within the organization to execute on strategies, identify opportunities and ensure company goals are achieved Utilize a variety of software to create and organize an internal database for guests, owners, vendors.
