Answer all bid job, planned maintenance & preferred customer related phone calls Answer all bid job, planned maintenance & preferred customer scheduling emails in a timely fashion Provide bid job, planned maintenance and preferred customer work orders and purchase orders to all technicians upon request Prepare, review allbid, planned maintenance and preferred customer proposals to customers Manage scheduling, permits, inspection requests, and billing of all bid jobs Create bid job folders with specifications for lead technicians Verify that all equipment & materials have been ordered/received Complete bid job checklist during bid jobs on a daily basis Upon bid job completion, determine profit margin of each job and verify that all bid job extras have been billed in full as well as turning in lead tech bonus & commission requests Schedule PM & Preferred customer equipment take offs and send new agreement info to customers Setup new PM agreements & preferred customer contracts including reminders for scheduling & billing of quarterly tasks Manage scheduling, tracking, and billing of all planned maintenance & preferred customer tasks and agreements Attach all bid job, PM & Pref customer work orders to the final/seasonal invoice Facilitate annual meetings with Service Manager to review all PM agreements & hours prior to renewal Attend weekly scheduling meeting to review scheduling for ongoing bid jobs, planned maintenance and preferred customer to review status Bill out all ongoing/recurring pumping & jetting service work Create unscheduled work orders for issues found during planned maintenance or preferred customer tasks and inform dispatcher of work order Review, create purchase order and submit all subcontractor invoices to AP employee Assist with insurance certificate requests as needed Performs other duties as assigned
