TITLE: Customer Service Technician LOCATION: Aspen, Colorado Responsibilities: Customer service and support Troubleshooting and repairing AV, Home Automation, Lighting & General Technology Field service and remote monitoring Some after-hours on-call duties Qualifications: Communication skills (Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with clients) Organizational skills (must be able to keep track of service notes, tickets and truck stock) Reliability and dependability (must work all shifts and arrive on time) Available to be on call evenings and weekend (when scheduled, compensation provided for on call hours) College degree preferable Network setup and troubleshooting skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, pushing, pullingetc.) Work history should demonstrate safety, efficiency, flexibility, and willingness to learn Knowledge in Home Integration Software preferred (Savant, Lutron, etc. ) Salary & Benefits: Xssentials offers competitive pay and valuable benefits including: medical, dental, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, paid sick leave, paid vacation, and a matching 401K.
