Notice is hereby given that the Town of Minturn has received a variance application for relief from side yard setback requirements for a property located at 564 Taylor Avenue, otherwise known as Lots 9 and 10, Block E, Taylors Addition to Minturn. The variance request will be considered at a public hearing of the Minturn Planning Commission on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Minturn Town Hall located at 302 Pine Street. The same request is scheduled to be considered at a public hearing of the Minturn Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Minturn Town Hall located at 302 Pine Street.
