NOTICE OF FINAL ADOPTIONS BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AFTER A DULY NOTICED PUBLIC HEARING ON NOVEMBER 20, 2019:
Resolution No. 092-2019 of the Board of County Commissioners Approving the ACES Toklat LLC Expansion of Non-conforming Use or Structure, Activity Envelope and Site Plan Review, Special Review and GMQS Exemption for a Caretaker Dwelling Unit for a parcel of land described as a parcel of land situated in Castle Fork Placer Mining Claim U.S.M.S. No. 206 in Township 11 South, Range 84 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian Lying Westerly of the Westerly Line of Castle Creek Road as Constructed. Statutory vested rights for the approval contained herein are granted pursuant to the Pitkin County Land Use Code and Colorado Statutes, subject to the exceptions set forth in the Pitkin County Land Use Code § 2-20-170 and C.R.S. § 24-68-105.
