Notice is hereby given that as ordered in the Order for Decree of Foreclosure entered June 3, 2020, I shall offer for public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the above-named defendant in and to said Property on October 2nd , 2020 at 9:00 a. m. at the Eagle County Sheriff's Office, 885 E. Chambers Road, Eagle, Colorado 81631. NOTICE OF RIGHTS
YOU MAY HAVE AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY BEING FORECLOSED, OR HAVE CERTAIN RIGHTS OR SUFFER CERTAIN LIABILITIES PURSUANT TO COLORADO STATUES AS A RESULT OF SAID FORECLOSURE. YOU MAY HAVE THE RIGHT TO REDEEM SAID PROPERTY OR YOU MAY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CURE A DEFAULT UNDER COLORADO STATUTES.
