GWS Admin & Courthouse LED Lighting Retrofit
The Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado by and through the Procurement Department will receive bids from qualified individuals or firms for the GWS Admin & Courthouse LED Lighting Retrofit improvements for the Facilities Department.

A copy of the IFB, and its related documents, may be obtained from the: Rocky Mountain EPurchasing System at; or, by contacting Construction Contract Administrator Scott Henriksen, by telephone at (970) 945-1377 EXT. 4019; or e-mail at Email Me. Correspondence, other than Bid Documents, may be submitted: by e-mail or facsimile transmission to (970) 384-5008. Please do not contact any other County employee for information about this IFB.

The DEADLINE to submit a complete Bid with all supporting documents is Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. A complete bid must be clearly labeled as "GWS Admin & Courthouse LED Lighting Retrofit, IFB-GC-FM-03-20".

SOLICITATION PRE-BID CONFERENCE. There will be an OPTIONAL pre-bid conference on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Garfield County Procurement Department located at 810 Pitkin Avenue, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601.

Electronic bid submissions must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at before the bid submission deadline.

Any expenditure of funds made by a party in the preparation and submission of a Bid in response to this Invitation for Bid shall not be reimbursed by Garfield County. No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB. This IFB is not a commitment by Garfield County to issue any other form of solicitation, purchase order, or contract for this service. In accordance with Article 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code, this IFB may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Garfield County.
