NOTICE OF PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE
AT TAX LIEN SALE AND OF
APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF

To every person in Actual Possession of Occupancy of the herein after Described Land, Lot or Premises, and to the Person in Whose Name the same was Taxed or Specially Assessed, and to all Persons having an Interest or Title of Record in or to the said Premises and To Whom It May Concern, and more especially to:
Brunz, Donald R. & Dona L.
You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 2nd of November, A.D. 2017, the then County Treasurer of the County of Eagle, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax lien sale to Gregory A Forbes the following described real estate situated in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Subdivision: ELK RUN PUD Block: 5 PARCEL B -OPEN SPACE BK-0445 PG-0978 BK-0585 PG-0584 TD 07-20-92 BK-0588 PG-0057 TD 07-20-92
and said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefore to Gregory A Forbes.
That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes Ad valorem assessed against said real estate for the year 2016;
That said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in the name(s) of Brunz, Donald R. & Dona L. for said year 2016;
That said Gregory A Forbes on the 1st day of October 2020, the present holder of said certificate, has made request upon the Treasurer of said county for a deed to said real estate;
That a Treasurer's Deed will be issued for said real estate to the said Gregory A Forbes at 5:00 p.m. on the 26th day of March 2021, unless the same has been redeemed. Said property may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said Treasurer's Deed.
