PUBLIC NOTICE The Town of Breckenridge and Summit County Engineering Departments hereby give notice of the Town's and County's intent to revise the flood hazard information for Jones Gulch and Ewers Gulch, generally located between Village Road and Maggie Pond. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Jones Gulch from a point approximately 430 feet upstream of the confluence of Ewers Gulch to a point approximately 660 feet downstream of the confluence of Ewers Gulch. Ewers Gulch will be revised from the confluence with Jones Gulch to a point approximately 130 feet downstream. As a result of the revision, no structures are located in the proposed 100-year Floodplain. The 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall narrow and widen along Jones Gulch. The 1% annual chance water-surface elevations and floodplain will be established along Ewers Gulch.
