NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
TOWN OF EAGLE, COLORADO

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Eagle Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Worksession at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 4, 2021 and the Town Council will hold a Public Discussion at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Adoption Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 and the Town Council will hold a Public Ratification hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. This notice is given pursuant to Section 4.03.060 of the Town of Eagle Land Use and Development Code. The purpose of the hearings is to take public testimony and take action on the following application:

PROJECT: East Eagle Sub Area Plan
FILE NUMBER: LURA21-03
APPLICANT: Town of Eagle
REQUEST: To adopt and ratify an East Eagle
Sub Area Plan, to describe and determine future land use for the RED Development parcels as
called for in the 2020 Elevate Eagle Comprehensive Plan.
LOCATION: RED Development Parcels (roughly 95 acres of land east of Chambers Avenue, between I-70 and Hwy 6).

Public hearings shall be held via a virtual meeting
platform or at the Eagle Town Hall, 200 Broadway,
Eagle, Colorado 81631.
