TAKE NOTICE that the Aspen Glen Golf Company has submitted an Application to the Board of County Commissioners, Garfield County, State of Colorado for a Substantial PUD Amendment to the Aspen Glen PUD to remove the Eagle Nest Buffer Zone within Aspen Glen. The property that is the subject of the application is located within the County of Garfield, State of Colorado; to wit:

Practical Description: The Property is located within the Aspen Glen PUD, off of Hwy 82, approximately 1.5 miles northwest of the Town of Carbondale, in the vicinity of the Roaring Fork River. The Properties affected by the proposal are approximately 1.23 acres, 6.73 acres and 6.11 acres in size. They are known by Assessor's Parcel Numbers 2393-202-00-390, 2393-202-00-245, and 2393-202-00-246.

Description of Request: The Applicant is proposing a Substantial PUD Amendment to the Aspen Glen
PUD to remove the Eagle Next Buffer Zone Overlay from the PUD Plan. The affected parcels are Zoned PUD with underlying PUD Zone District designations of the Club Villas Zone District, the ¼ Acre Residential Zone District and the ¾ Acre Residential Zone District.

All persons affected by this action are invited to appear and state their views, protests or support. If you
can not appear personally at such hearing, then you are urged to state your views by letter or email (submit to Email Me), as the Board of County Commissioners will give consideration to the comments of surrounding property owners, and others affected, in deciding whether to approve, approve with conditions or deny the Substantial PUD Amendment application. The Application may be reviewed at the office of the Garfield County Community Development Department located at 108 8th Street, 4th Floor, Suite 401, Garfield County Plaza Building, Glenwood Springs, Colorado between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
